Narrative

EE WAS ADJUSTING A BRAKE TENSION BOLT WITH A 10"" ADJUSTABLE CRESCENT WRENCH. THE WRENCH SLIPPED, CAUSING HIM TO HIT THE TOP OF HIS HAND ON A NEARLY BOLT.
