Narrative

A PROPANE TANK WAS BEING BLED OFF WITH THE GAS BEING BURNED. A FIRE WAS REPORTED BECAUSE OF POOR COMMUNICATION. THE FLAME GAS WAS NOT TOXIC. IT WAS 200'FROM THE FRESH AIR INTAKE. THE MINE WAS EVACUATED AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE.
