Narrative

Employee shovelled for 3 hours. Days later he was suffering from pain, restricted movement and tingling sensations in the right hand. He sought medical attention. Diagnosis on 4/26/04 indicated a pre-existing carpal tunnel syndrome in the hand and that the shovelling activity permanently exacerbated. A medical procedure is required to relieve the symptoms.
