EE began to miss work on May 18 due to numbness in his left hand. He reported that he had no knowledge of any incident at work or at home that led to the numbness. He was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. He had been having problems with numbness for about 8 months. LLC is reporting this case as an occupational illness.
