INJURED SUFFERED ELCTRICAL BURNS WHILE GETTING VOLTAGE READINGS ON #1 CONTINUOUS MINER RECEPTACLE. HE WAS TESTING WITH A FLUKE MEGOHMMETER MODEL 1520 THAT WAS RATED FOR 1000 VOLTS.
