Narrative

EE was working on Plant 4 screen and said he ""Bent his knee wrong"" felt like he twisted it Saturday April 24th. On April 27th an accident report was filed. EE went to see a physician from our Workmens Comp panelists who referred him to an Orthopedic specialist who recommends surgery scheduled for June 22nd 2004.
