EE WAS LOADING A CAR WITH THE MINER IN THE NO. 4 ENTRY. A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL STRIKING HIM ON THE BACK OF THE RIGHT LEG. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.
