Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A BOLT WHEN HIS THUMB ON HIS RT.HAND SLIPPED UNDER THE BOLTHEAD AND WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE DRILL POT & BOLTHEAD CAUSING A FRACTURE TO HIS RT.THUMB & REQUIRING STITCHES.
