A FIRE STARTED AT THE METCALF SX PLANT AND BURNED FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. THIS WAS REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE MSHA OFFICE AND IT WAS INVESTIGATED BY MSHA INSPECTOR.
