Report late due to no contractor id#. Employee contacted 4160v bus bar. Employee mistakenly dissconnected wrong cut out switch on power pole. Employee trying to change out cable to 4160v motor when contact was made. Employee slightly burned on right hand & thigh. Taken to hospital, he was treated & released. After discussion with MSHA & receiving contractor # report submitted.
