Narrative

OPERATOR WAS TIGHTENING BOLTS WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ON THE CRUSHER WITH A MANUAL TORQUE WRENCH. THE TORQUE WRENCH BROKE AND CAUSED HIM TO STUMBLE BACKWARDS AND TWIST HIS ANKLE, LEFT LEG. HE WORKED THE REMAINDER OF THE SHIFT AND WAS SEEN BY A DOCTOR ON 5/27/04 DUE TO ANKLE PAIN.
