Narrative

Drill crew was air developing a previously drilled and cased 5"" hole. Approx 160' of 1"" t & c steel line was suspended in the slips on the rig table. The slotted wrench tipped allowing 1"" line to fall about 1 1/2 ft to the table. The 2"" elbow adaptor caught ee's finger between table and adaptor requiring stitches.
