EE stated he was walking from dinner hole to face area & twisted his rt knee. This incident is currently under investigation. EE is currently undergoing conservative treatment for rt knee arthritis with severe degenerative changes with degenerative meniscal tears. EE's first lost work day did not occur until 5/26/04.
