A ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 6 B BELT LINE. THE FALL WAS LOCATED 3 BREAKS INBY 6 B CONVEYOR BELT DRIVE. THE FALL MEASURED 7' THICK X 2 1/2 BREAKS LONG X 18' WIDE. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AS A RESULT OF THIS FALL OF ROCK.
