A roof fall in the 1North Panel at cross-cut #53 through the intersection of cross-cut #54 in #9 entry measuring 55ft. x 19ft. x 5ft. The area was mined in May 2004 and supported with 5ft. fully grouted bolts. The fall was caused by an undetected kidney bed.
