THE EMPLOYEE TRAMMED THE SCOOP TO THE TRACK FOR SUPPLIES & HIT A HOLE IN THE ROADWAY, CAUSING HIM TO FLY OFF THE SEAT. HE HAD A PAIR OF CHANNEL LOCKS IN IS BELT & WHEN HE CAME BACK DOWN ON THE SEAT, THE CHANNEL LOCKS JABBED HIM BELOW HIS RT. RIBS. THE X-RAY WAS NEG., BRUISE.
