THE EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS OBSERVING A 610 SCOOP MOVE A JACK CAR WHEN THE HOOK ON THE CHAIN AROUND THE DRAW HEAD ON THE JACK CAR BROKE. THE BROKEN END OF THE HOOK STRUCK HIM ON HIS RT. KNEE.
