Ee said that while walking to the elevator and going through the 1st set of airlock doors he stepped on a rock and twisted his ankle. Cause of this injury was concentration. Rules/regs was not a facotr, protective equipment was not a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining equipment systems not a factor.
