EE WAS STRUCK BY ROOF ROCK WHILE MAKING UP BOLTS. EE SUFFERED A CONTUSION TO HIS FOOT AND WAS UNABLE TO WEAR HIS WORK BOOT DUE TO SWELLING, RESULTING IN LOST WORK DAYS.
