Employee complained of having a sore back to his supervisor about 9:00. He attended safety/process training from 7:30 to 8:00, drove a sweeper from 8:00-9:00. His back was too sore to drive the water truck at 9:00. Says his back had a ""twinge"" when he bent over to pick up wheel chock.
