Narrative

Employee was helping another mechanic install a spacer between the trailer tires of a euclid coal hauler. They had their hands on the spacer pushing it into position when the spacer shifted and dropped slightly mashing the employees right thump between the spacer and a stud bolt. Employee received a laceration that required 6 stitches.
