EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING THE FLETCHER ROOF BOLTER. WHILE BACKING UP TO GO INTO ANOTHER FACE, HE PINCHED HIS RIGHT LEG AND FOOT BETWEEN THE ROOF BOLTER AND THE JOY SHUTTLE CAR. HE WAS IN THE DECK OF THE BOLTER WITH HIS RIGHT LEG ON THE BUMPER.
