Narrative

2 employees were installing a VIC coupling back on the feed cyclone feed pump #1. The VIC slipped out of one employee's hand and fell against the other employee's right knee knocking him to the ground. They were holding the VIC about waist level and it fell approximately 10-12 inches. The employee was taken to the emergency room in town for examination.
