EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE WORK. HE STOOD UP IN BULLDOZER CAB AND ACCIDENTALLY HIT HIS HEAD ON CB RADIO. HE CUT HIS HEAD REQUIRING FIVE STITCHES TO FOREHEAD.
