On Thurs afternoon ee & a co-worker were completing repairs to loader. Ee stated he felt a slight pain in shoulder. Ee did not work on Friday. Monday ee asked to have his shoulder looked at. He was checking the torque on bolt to insure tightness & strained his right shoulder, on Thursday 6/17/04.
