Narrative

EE REPORTED SORE NECK MUSCLES AFTER WORKING ON SOME PIPES IN THE MODUDENCE ROOM. HE SAW A DOCTOR ON 6-24-04 AND MAY REQUIRE FURTHER TREATMENT. HE DID NOT MISS WORK. I BELIEVE THIS IS A REPEATED TRAUMA AT THIS TIME.
