An unintentional roof fall occurred at the millennium portal in the 3 north longwall tailage, entry #1, corsscut 43 (401on). the fall was approx. 35' long, approx. 18' wide and approx. 12' thick. the fall did not affect ventilation. the fall will not be cleaned up.
