Narrative

ee was laying a worn out deck screen on to the Crusher floor. It was attached to the overhead crane as he layed the screen down. His hand was cut. A sharp edge was found on the worn out screen. ee was taken to Emergency Care where he recieved stiches. No time was lost to the accident.
