A roof fall occurred in the 1st main west return. Air course at cross cut #149 in entry #6. The fall occurred in a four way intersection the fall is approx 22' long 18' wide 6 1/2' high. Fall was supported with 6' point anchor roof bolts. The fall will not be cleaned up.
