Narrative

An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Millennium Portal in the 3North longwall, Entry #1, at crosscut 43 (3935N). The fall was approximately 50' long, approximately 18' wide and approximately 15' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will not be cleaned up.
