## Narrative

Was pulling condunt off miner cable using channel locks to hold on to condunt when he lost hold of condunt he fell back wards hitting his head and shoulder on the ripper head. When he fell to the ground, his cse rescue was on his belt and he landed on it. causing lower back pain and wasnt able to move legs because of pain
