## Narrative

While cleaning a finished cut with a remote operated Joy cont miner a rock slid off the back of the ramcar being loaded and struck the top of the operator's foot. Diagnosed with three fractured bones in the foot. Lost time accident, returned to restricted duty 7-12-04. Ram operator may not have seen signal to back up and the miner tail hit the material on ram causing it to slide.
