Employee was walking around the continuous miner in the #7 entry of the 002-0 mmu, preparing to energize the cutter head breaker, when a piece of draw rock approx. 3'x2'x4"" fell, striking his lower back. He continued to work regular duties until 7/15/04 when he went to his family dr. First day of lost time is 7/15/04.
