Narrative EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON THE WATER TRUCK WHEN HE GOT HIS FINGER MASHED WITH A HAMMER. HE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 7-26-04 WHEN HE WAS PLACED UNABLE TO RETURN TO WORK. HIS FINGER IS BROKEN AND HAD TO BE RESET.
