Dragging 6 foot hydraulic take up jack by 3 belt repairman & rolling it on rollers- old jack with shaft extended out 2' - I was standing by watching tem when the shaft hit the side of take up and forced oil out the hose outlet and it struck me in the face **~*REPORTABLE ONLY*~**
