EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING THE TOP WHEN A PIECE OF STEEL FELL OUT OF THE HOLE AND HIT HIS LEFT HAND CAUSING A BRUISED HAND AND A SMALL CUT WHICH TOOK A FEW STITCHES.
