Narrative

EE WAS INSTALLING A 12' VERTICAL CABLE BOLT. AS HE WAS PUTTING THE PIN IN THE HOLE HIS MIDDLE FINGER ON THE LEFT HAND SCRAPED THE CORNER OF THE PIN PLATE, CAUSING A LACERATION. HE RECEIVED 7 STITCHES ON HIS FINGER.
