Narrative

in the process of changing ruptured piping, employee pulled himself up into the piping with his arms several times. he did report a sore shoulder to his supervisor on 7-03. after 2.5 weeks he was still sore and went to the dr, he was prescribed for predisone, making this reportable effective july 21.
