Employee was installing metal jackets on a newly insulated domestic water line in Digestion near the heaters. After wrapping & tightening a stainless band around a jacket, EE reached over the line to wrap the next band. His arm came in contact with the previous band cuting the inside of his right forearm causing a laceration. Employee received 5 stitches.
