Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PRY BAR, PRYING UP ON A PIECE OF ROCK ON TOP OF THE CONTINUOUS MINER. THE BAR SLIPPED AND HIS FINGER WAS SMASHED BETWEEN THE BAR AND MINE ROOF.
