## Narrative

Injured had placed a crib under the deck of #1 21SC and in the bucket of the scoop in order to lift the SC to replace the wheel unit.  The injured had positioned himself to the side of the scoop bucket.  At the scoop lifted the SC, the crib ""popped"" out, striking the injured at the left eye.
