Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING IN THE REFUSE FEED CHUTE. AS HE CLIMBED OUT OF THE CHUTE HE CUT HIS RIGHT KNEE ON A PIECE OF METAL. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE E.R. FOR TREATMENT AND STITCHES TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
