## Narrative

Employee was backing up a vehicle and caught his left arm on a rope. He did not see the rope, which tightened around his wrist and pulled on his shoulder.  He returned to work, but later experienced problems. He could not have treatment/surgery because of other health concerns. On July 27, 2004 he missed his first shift after having surgery on his shoulder.
