Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS HANGING CURTAIN BESIDE THE ROOF BOLTER, AFTER THEY HAD FINISHED PINNING. THE OPERATOR THOUGHT HE WAS CLEAR AND BACKED THE BOLTER UP, RUNNING OVER HIS LEFT LEG CAUSING A BRUISE. X-RAYS WERE NEGATIVE BUT DUE TO SWELLING AND SORENESS OF THE BRUISE HE STARTED MISSING WORK ON 8-4-04.
