Narrative

At the time of the incident, employee was washing a CAT 797 off-highway truck. To reach a certain area on the underside of the truck he knelt down such that he was nearly sitting on his right heel with his left knee bent at a 90 degree angle. As he went to get up, he felt his left knee ""lock up"".
