Narrative

Injured person was operating a shuttle car transporting a pond of coal thru a x cut between no. 6 and 7 entires. an rib of coal rolled out striking him on the left side of his head the rib was approx. 18"" in diameter by 7"" thick. he sustained a cut on left temple that required two stitches.
