Narrative

While using metal banding to secure stone on pallets, a metal fragment punctured the palm of ee's left hand. Ee extracted the metal fragment using a needle, at home that night. The injury was not reported until his hand became infected on 8-4-04. Ee was x-rayed, given pain & antibiotic medications.
