## Narrative

Emp. reports he had gone under a handrail onto a 15"" plank on the dredge middle deck with 1-1/2"" hose to rinse sand out of chute that runs into #2 crusher. He pulled on hose to release slack. Hose fell between plank & sand tank pulling him to lower deck.  Was not wearing fall protection.
