Narrative

Ee was operating diesel personnel carrier traveling outby to the ""A""""B"" power center located outby the working section. As he reached location of ""A""""B"" power box he stepped out of personnel carrier & proceeded to power center. As he was walking he stepped on a loose piece of coal causing him to twist his left ankle & left knee.
