## Narrative

Ee was roof bolting in last open crosscut between entry 1 & entry 2 on unit 2. As he was inserting roof bolt a piece of roof rock fell from between the roof bolts, striking him on rt forearm. The incident caused a laceration to his rt forearm that required sutures. He started missing time on Aug 13 & is still under dr's care at this time.
